How to Use

For traditional matcha, sift 2g into a bowl, add 60–70ml warm water, then whisk quickly in a W or M motion until smooth and lightly frothy.

For a matcha latte, use 3–4g with 30–50ml warm water, whisk until smooth, then pour over your choice of milk or ice.

Storage

Keep sealed and store away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odours. After opening, close tightly and refrigerate for best freshness.
