How to Use

Sift approximately 2g of Yorozu into a bowl, add 60–70ml warm water, then whisk quickly in a W or M motion until smooth and lightly frothy.

For a latte, use 3–4g with 30–50ml warm water, whisk until smooth, then pour over milk or ice.

Storage

Keep sealed and store away from heat, light, moisture, and strong odours. After opening, close tightly and refrigerate for best freshness.
